This recently renovated apartment, completed in 2020, offers a fresh and modern ambiance, ensuring a comfortable stay. It is equipped with all the amenities characteristic of B-Apartments. The central location provides excellent access to public transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the building and the Oensingen train station just a 5-minute walk away. From Oensingen, there are hourly direct fast trains to Solothurn (15 min) and convenient connections to Zürich, Basel, and Bern (45 min).

For those traveling by car, there is direct access to the highway. Additionally, a separate laundry room is available, featuring both a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use these facilities at any time, with prior notification in the booking agenda. Both machines operate with coins.

Payment Policies

To secure the booking, a partial payment of 35% of the quote, is due within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book

Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of CHF1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a non-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply. Refunds are give at a compensation of 70% of the booked arrangement.

Rules

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
Strictly no-smoking in the apartment and property
No pets allowed
All trash and perishables must be disposed of. Trash gets collected on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please make the bag ready before 7 am and earliest after 7 pm the previous night. You can leave the bags right in front of the main entrance.
Please leave the dishes washed before departure.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless written agreement by the management.
i.e. We do not accept parties or any kind of guest business in our Apartments except Home Office. Any additional guests invited to our property without prior notice and consent with the management is a violation of our house rules.
Any violation of our house rules might lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Further we cover any expenses at our standard admin rate at CHF 120 per hour and reserve the right to claim damages of any kind.
We reserve the right to ask guests for an additional security deposit outside the channels your reservation is made from before checkin or during your stay.
