Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 35% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of CHF1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a non-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply. Refunds are give at a compensation of 70% of the booked arrangement.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
Strictly no-smoking in the apartment and property (Penalty for lumpsum cleaning of all tissues of CHF 600)
No pets allowed
All trash and perishables must be disposed of. Trash gets collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Please make the bag ready before 7 am and earliest after 7 pm the previous night. You can leave the bags outside, on the left hand side of the entrance, on the little corner, right next to the side walk. (Trash Lumpsum evacuation CHF 100)
Please leave dishes washed before departure. (Our extra cleaning and housekeeping rate is CHF 75 p.h.)
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless written agreement by the management.
i.e. We do not accept parties or any kind of guest business in our Apartments except Home Office. Any additional guests invited to our property without prior notice and consent with the management is a violation of our house rules.
Any violation of our house rules leads to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and a penality of CHF 1'000. Further we cover any expenses at our standard admin rate of CHF 200 p.h. and reserve the right to claim damages of any kind.
We reserve the right to ask guests for an additional security deposit outside the channels your reservation is made from before checkin or during your stay.
