One day booking contains from 6 pm to 10 am on shore Montreux. Excursions on request per motor hour and skipper availability.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a payment of 35% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit of CHF1,000.00] must be fully settled 30 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a non-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply. Refunds are give at a compensation of 70% of the booked arrangement.

Strictly no-smoking in the apartment and property
No pets allowed
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless written agreement by the management.
i.e. We do not accept parties or any kind of guest business in our Apartments except Home Office. Any additional guests invited to our property without prior notice and consent with the management is a violation of our house rules.
Any violation of our house rules might lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Further we cover any expenses at our standard admin rate and reserve the right to claim damages of any kind.
We reserve the right to ask guests for an additional security deposit outside the channels your reservation is made from before checkin or during your stay.
